NOMADS

A salad, shredded wheat and fish may not seem an appetizing dish.  Separately,  you may visualize, breakfast, lunch and dinner; although they are usually found apart.  Just think how far I had to travel through my imagination, to arrive here, somewhere in this desert.

CYBORG

I first saw this cyborg waiting on line at our local Burger King sometime before the pandemic became a "Thing" and our lives were thrown into a pandemic mess.  I wasn't sure what he/she would be having.  Well, hungry or not, maybe just thirsty, I'm sure this cyborg was going to eat or drink whatever he/she desired. - Looks delicious!

WE'LL BE BACK

It was a great celebration. Good food, friends, music by cereal musicians.  Everyone had a great time. We hated to leave.  But, we had to go until it would be safe to party freely once again.

REMINDER

JUST A REMINDER -  To your left you'll notice "SHORT STORIES."  If you've been looking for a small bite of reading, you may enjoy reading one of my short stories.  I'll be adding more in time.  Short time reading may fit into your schedule right about now. Note that these stories are either my original fictional stories or non-fictional stories, written by me and taken from my own personal experiences. In fact, except for "Heroes In The Night" -  other "taxi stories", such as, "Follow That Car" and "Night Sharks" are stories taken from my own personal life experiences.  I was a NYC cabby driving the night shift throughout the five boroughs of the city for five years, from the sixties into the seventies.

SIX FOOT SPACE TO WELLNESS

Discipline is the order of the day.

I found these guys on a box of shredded wheat, years ago and waited for a moment best suited for their service.  There are many lessons to be learned from this awful attack we experience together.

A SIMPLE BATH

No one has time for a bath anymore. But back when or over there, somewhere, someone's got time for a bath. And here's the luxurious occasion, with son or daughter furnishing a towel, or is that his heightened hampered lady supplying the towel?  We can't know, since they're in my head and...I don't even know!
This simple occasion makes me question what we know as "Progress"
