BEAUTY IN UNISON

HAPPY NEW YEAR - I thought I'd start the year off by bringing you this ambiguous beauty I call: Beauty In Unison. Healthy, strong and with an attractive appearance, dominant fragrance, a temptation to those with a taste for the appeal of this pungent vegetable.
I went looking for it in my Webster's Dictionary and it is described as an allium. I always think of garlic as this little powerfully flavored relative of the onion. And my dictionary agrees.
I found beauty in this portion of an illustration showing ingredients for the making of one of my favorite foods - Pizza. Enjoy.
